I tried this recipe yesterday and I would love to share the result
( well just the recipe) with all of you.
I used some over-ripped watermelon and few other simple ingredients and in less than 10 minutes I made this tasty and refreshing cream.
Follow the recipe and ask me for more details.
Cut the flesh of the watermelon and carefully remove all the seeds.
Put them in a blender or food processor and work the mixture well until you get a "watermelon juice"
Count how many glasses of juice you have put the juice in a cooking pot and keep one glass of juice apart to mix the rest of the ingredients.
For each glass of juice you have add 1 tablespoon of rice flour and mix it.
e.g if the whole juice you have is 5 glasses , put 4 glasses in the pot then mix 5 spoons of rice flour in one glass of juice , mix it very VERY well and add it to the pot as well.
Add a few drops of rose water and if your watermelon is not very sweet you can add a few drops of pure Stevia as well.
Cook in slow fire while mixing with a whisk.
Very soon the mixture will start to boil and thicken. Keep mixing a little harder until it becomes a nice creamy mixture.
Remove from fire and whisk for a while to make it smooth.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve. You can add a bit of natural agave syrup or maple syrup on top for extra taste.
Enjoy your healthy , vegan , sugar free, dairy free, Gluten free tasty watermelon cream...
